NBN installation

Level 2
NBN was installed at my address today. Its still not active, so I'm looking at what they installed.

I don't think TPG sent me a modem? Am I supposed to get a modem sent separately, the only thing they sent me is what's in the photo. They connected it to my old telstra modem which is next to this thing in the photo.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
