Hi Team,
Our NBN internet has been dropped out constantly over the last month.
I have checked the service status and there is no outage or maintenance in our area.
It dropouts all day and night. We have had this NBN connection for more than a year now and didn't have any issues up until the last month and now it just doesn't stop dropping out.
Can you please assist with this as I am trying to work from home.

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the service, in the event that the affected devices are connected via Wi-FI it could be a wireless interference.
We did an article that will help you eliminate this please see links below.
We'd also like to see the status of the actual network please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
