NBN not working

My NBN modem has been flashing red for a day now and unable to connect to the internet.

I have unplugged and turned off the modem, but still nothing works.

Can it be organised for a technician to fix this problem as soon as possible?

Also, as a follow up to this, I have troubleshooted and checked if there is any NBN outage in my area (confirmed there isn’t). Please advise of next steps as soon as possible, I suspect a technician will need to be called out. We also require the internet for work purposes.
