NBN won’t connect to smart tv

My nbn won’t connect to my hisense smart tv. Has anyone had troubles with this?

May we know what kind of error do you encounter when you're trying to connect your TV?

If you are trying to connect your Smart TV via WiFi, the encryption code should be the WiFi password of your modem.
