Nbn connection

Hi there,
Tpg is having some issues to set up the Nbn at my house. My modem is Tp-link archer 1200. I brought this from my ex home and it was working perfectly, but when I plugged in the wall socket I don't have any internet signal. Just 3 lights is showing up 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I down know if I need to set up anything in my modem?

The technician said that my modem in not compatible with the NBN area, because there are FTTN technology in my area which require DSL port on my modem. And it is not this modem.

So, when I call to the Tpg support they said that my modem is good and they will send another technician to check it again.
