My Nbn connection device was installed and apparently connected successfully but when I added the modem and devices the internet light goes out regularly and it only works occasionally briefly ....effectively useless at present . I need it fixed . And then tpg sends me an sms to say it’s installed and why can’t they see me online . Very annoying ...... just fix it please
