I have been experiencing issues with my modem for a few months where it drops connections randomly thats both voip and internet. when someone is trying to call they get a message saying that the call cannot go through but if they call again straight away 8 out of 10 times it goes through. i think i may need a new modem as mine is over 4 years old ( Huawei HG658 ) and think that the firmware in it is outdated. who do i contact to get this resolved or who do i contact in ordering a new modem.
