Nighthawk AC2300 R7000P Router

Hi,

I have a FTTC NBN connection and was told my Nighthawk AC2300 R7000P Router isn't compatiable.

My old AC1900 D7000 works fine.

Can anyone shed some light on this is it just a case of some setting changes?

Cheers!

Hi Ken,

I can't find where to reply to your PM.

All I did was plug all the cords in and there was no internet connection, was I meant to go into routerlogin.net and put in the username and password?

And not sure what you mean by VLAN2?

Hi @adamfillis

1 Enter www.routerlogin.net.
A login window displays.

  1. Enter the router admin user name and password.
The admin user name is admin. If you did not change the admin password, the default password is password.

  2. Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > VLAN/Bridge Settings.

  3. Select the Enable VLAN/Bridge Group check box.

  4. Select the By VLAN tag group radio button Add VLAN- 2

Hope this will help you,

Regards,

Sajal
