No NBN NCD device at my new property

Hi, I have applied to move my NBN service to a new property. I was told that there should be a NCD there, however there was none as maybe the previous tenant took it. Can i please get a replacement sent to my address?

Hi,

The location of the original NCD that I received at my old premises is still there. I left it there as per instruction on the NCD device.

Do you want me to bring it to the new address? Or are you sending me a new one?
I have opted for self installation.
