I've recently joined and have received both the modem in teh post, as well as a video via SMS showing how to install the equipment.
I didn't get an NCD, but more importantly (and something which I emphasised on the outset of ordering the service) is that my house currently has no phone ports.
How would I be able to set up my equipment...is there an alternate way? Or will a technician need to visit to set up a phone port for our house?
