No internet again

HELP !
I have no internet or phone.On the nbn box the upstream light flashes but the online line light doesn't light up. And on the modem no internet light. I have gone through all the resets and still nothing. I had this problem about a week ago and it fixed itself after 2 days.

Hey, blueau63. We ran an initial test to the service it seems a line fault is causing no connection. Could you send us a Private Message with your best contact number and preferred time? We will prioritise this case and escalate this to our Engineering Team.
