No internet light on modem

Hello,

An hour and a half ago i recieved an email from TPG saying that my internet is now active.

I put on my modem, but the only lights that are on is the power, 2-4g and 5g as well as LAN1 because it is plugged into my computer.

There appears to be no internet or DSL light on. The phone line cable is attached... we have the old style phone connectors.

I do not have an actual telephone to attach to the modem...

Hi @JessBabin, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have booked a technician to investigate further. The case engineer is closely monitoring this and will contact you as soon as a final report regarding the outcome of the technician visit is received from the NBN technician.
