Get online support
We have received emails from Support advising us the NBN internet service has been activated for our premises and to connect our modem. The problem is TPG has not sent an email saying the modem has been even dispatched. There seems to be a problem that departments do not talk to one another. I would expect that Support could see from our account that a modem has not been dispatched.
We are new to TPG and I have to say, not off to a good start!
