My current router that was supplied when I got NBN, can not cope with curtain areas of my house, as well as multiple devices. Can I buy my own router to cope with these issue, and will it work with my NBN.
Yes, you can use a 3rd party NBN modem/router and we will provide you the settings required to your chosen modem/router.
Note: VoIP will only work using our supplied modem/router.
