Can someone from TPG please contact me for a replacement of my TPLINK modem. I have tried so many times to contact TPG via service chat and that is always busy. I have also emailed TPG and still waiting for a reply. I am over this crap service while paying top dollar for my service. Can anyone advise a good NBN provider to change to with good service support. I am located in 4119 Underwood, QLD.
