I’m really disappointed with TPN team both technical support and customer service. I’m a new customer and really disappointed. Normally I’m not the one who’d like to complain any who works as I understand and emphasize workers but this issue really unacceptable.
-3rd January The technician came to installed and he told me just wait for 30 mins but nothing happened and I called to TPG and they ask me to wait and will call me back but nothing happened
-4th January call again alway transfer me to many line but my problem didn’t solve and will call me back (no calling back)
-5th January same just ask me for the line for long time and the problem no solve
-6th or 7 everything the same and now the time that I typing my phone still wait in the line for almost 1 hour
What you guys think. Should I happy with this service???
