Hi TPG,

My modem hasn't been updated since i received 5G in my area which has been about a year or two.

I'm not too sure where to look/find the current firmware for my modem.

I'm only trying to update is due to dropouts/speed drop randomly.

Hi @AyeTee ,

Let us focus first on fixing the dropouts / speed issues affecting the service. Could you run a speed test and post the screenshot of the test result on this thread? Also, flick me a message with your details to better understand the situation.
