Sagemcom Fast 5866T external hard drive setup

Gday,

Just installed brand new Sagemcom Fast 5866T for my Home 5G wireless.

Main installation went smooth.

But I'm stuck at, external hard drive through USB C connection within the modem.

I could not find the USB Hard drive from Sagemcom webmenu.

Any help would appreaciated. Cheers

Hi andrieslh,

We will raise this to our Engineering Team to check if our supplied Sagemcom Fast 5866T USB /External hard drive.

Send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include the current firmware and software version of the modem/router.
