We have been waiting for technician visit for nearly 1 month. We have 3 confirmed appointed with NBN but the technician is not show up on the property every time. TPG call center respone (he is running late) . Did numerous complain to TPG help desk, Technical escalation & Engineer. But they are all hopeless. Even raise the issue with Management but no solution what so ever. No one is taking seriously we can't approch the NBN Co. directly only the service provider can. TPG is falling to retain their customer and destroy their reputation in market. Highly unsatisfied with their service. Don' t recomend anyone....
