TP-LINK AX3000 Dual Band - compatible with NBN Super Fast?

Hi all,

I had just signed up to TPG Super Fast.

I had a look at the page High speed NBN modem requirements | TPG Support for modem and routers.

I put these modem and routers into google to see what they are worth and they come up with all sorts, not exactly the same name.

I had come across TP-LINK ARCHER AX50 AX3000 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Router at The Good Guys

however, I wanted to know what modem is compatiable with TPG Super Fast and is good for gaming.

FTTP (Live in darwin).

Hi @Dale12345 ,

As long as the router support the following features below it should work.

• PPPoE connection types
• Gigabit Ethernet ports
• AC WiFi or WiFi 6 (for WiFi connections)

Settings required to establish internet connection
 

• Username: Your TPG Username
• Password :Your TPG Password
• Connection Type/Encapsulation: PPPoE

*For FTTN Select VDSL or VDSL2 as modulation type
