Just sharing that the plug and play app for my Dec XE75pro didn't detect the settings as everyone (including TPG and TP-Link set up assistants and the App itself) thinks it should.
The Deco spoke to the NBN box quite happily but couldn't see the internet once I set up my home network. Kept failing after even after I selected PPPoE and provided it with my user name (with @TPG.com.au at the end) and my password etc.
The clincher; turn on IPTV/VLAN: Select Australia TPG from the drop down box.
Sounds simple but this info is buried and the App that assumes the Deco has picked this up. Once you select this you can then set up your home network as prompted.
Hope you loose less sleep than I did.
