Terrible first connection Help please

I got the Sagemcom fast modem and I already installed it to confirm the instructions but my connection doesn't last 5 minutes, what could I do to fix this?

Let us check the status of the connection and see what causing dropouts to the service. Could you send us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file.
