Time setting on TP-link VR1600 modem

Hi,

Modem time has reverted to Sydney zone (UTC +10) and I cannot set daylight saving end time correctly. The day/month are okay but the year option is locked on 2020 and cannot be changed to 2021. Any suggestions?
