Trouble configuring a new Modem (NBN)

Just wondering if anyone can help.

I decided to purchase a new modem ASUS RT-AC58U to replace the Huawei HG659 (by the way Im on NBN HFC)


I got a tech guy to try and configure new modem but entering my TPG credentials (username & password) but for some reason it would not accept these Smiley Sad


I upgraded from ADSL to NBN - does my username change in this process - might explain why I cannot configure new modem
