Unable to load anything due to slow downloads

Hi for the last week we have not been able to use our nbn wifi at all on or off peak. It will not reload on mobile devices and will not allow Netflix or any internet requiring apps to load through the smart tv. We are on the nbn50 plan so expect more from it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Any tips or help would be great!

NBN50 plan has a typical evening speed of 44.5Mbps download and ideal for :

  • 3-6 devices
  • Email social media and web browsing
  • Standard Definition (SD) streaming
  • High Definition (HD streaming
  • UHD/4K streaming
