Get online support
Hi, I have a VX220 G2V. My plan is now NBN Ultrafast, so I'd like to upgrade to a VX420 G2H (I don't use VOiP). When I telephone, neither the sales or tech support voice response offers an upgrade new modem option. I'm deaf anyway, so I'd rather not use the phone to order.
I'm not on contract, but I have been a TPG NBN customer for almost 6 uninterrupted years, so I'm happy to go on a 6 month contact to get the VX420 for $10 postage (is that still the deal?)
Can you trigger this without me having to make or answer a phone call?
