Hi TPG Community,

 

I was going to PM a mod with this request, but I don't have any option to send PMs (New account I guess?)

Hardware Version:

Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

Hi @JH2011 , you may try to send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and send a request for a firmware upgrade.

Hi @JH2011, we have already requested a firmware upgrade and we are still waiting for an update from our Technical Team. We'll let you know once it is completed.
