Voice breaking up

Hello,

 

i have just set up the nbn bundle for my elderly parents as they are now obligated to switch to NBN.

Since doing so when on a conversataion the voice seems to be breaking up during a conversation, they never experienced this issue before,any advise would be appreciated.
