Voip Setup

Hi..My original TP-Link VR1600v modem supplied by TPG died so I purchased another (not from TPG). Now I can't get Voip going..All works except Voip. When I click on the TELEPHONE Icon says "Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number"..Nothing has change except the modem.

Hi @Greenie,

The VoIP feature of the service will only work using our supplied modem/router. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the situation.
