WEAK 5G AGAIN

It’s been a week and still no return phone call. Our 5G has only recently been put in after being convinced by TPG staff that it was a much better option than our NBN we previously had. It’s been nothing but weak and our tv can barely function with it. The phones never get answered and we need this fixed asap please.
