2 options came up, they are both on the bottom of the modem
Should I use WiFi -4E82 or Wifi -4E82-5G ?

Microsoft outlook rejected my reply to email about this.

Hi @nicolelowe20 You can use either SSID, the Wifi -4E82-5G will suit streaming a bit better however may not have as good coverage as the non-5G one. I'd suggest connecting to both and set the one that works best in your premises to connect automatically in device settings.
