Where's my modem router and conection box

I have not received the NBN modem router and the conection box!I received the email said that my NBN service is activated!It has been 3 week !I have no clude dont know what to do !U need the internet for my kids study online!So please some one answer me!

Does not seem like you would have NBN ready if you were to receive the modem now.

Others have complained that they received text message saying NBN is ready but in fact it is not.

Just wait patiently for it.
