You sent modem to wrong address

Despite being very clear about where to send the modem, it was sent to the wrong address. I noticed the discrepancy on the confirmation and rang and sent an email. All to no avail. Please message me .

I switch from NBN to wireless broadband in a conversation with a TPG associate. I told her I was not at home and asked the modem be sent to my sister's address. When I received the confirmation from TPG I noted the address did not belong to me or my sister. I rang but could not get through to anyone. I replied to the confirmation email and said that the address was incorrect and asked that TPG contact me. I was not contacted. 
So I am still not home. 
It would be better if the modem could be delivered to my home after I return home. Please resend the modem to my home address after 12 January 2023. My address is
