fortnite lagging

Hi all

i am unable to play fortnite due to the lag being so bad. 

We have the 100mbs. however i dropped it to 50 as we were using less and didnt require the fastest internet. However it made a big differenec to games which i didnt realise. now moved back up to 100 and it is so slow. 

not sure what to do to get it working 

current speed test 77Mbps 18.1 upload 7ms latency

i have https://dcomp.com.au/productdetail/80 with laptop plugged in by cable. 

as mentioned this set up previously wasnt an issue now after chnaging speeds it is. any help would be appreciated! especially in school holidays!!

Let us help identify what causing your in-game latency issues but first, could you post the screenshot of the actual ping you get on Fortnite?

Just to set your expectation there are multiple caused of latency issues. Flick me a message with your details and see what we can do to fix this.
