huawei home gateway hg659 keeps going back to login screen

After I login to huawei home gateway HG659 on  192.168.1.1 I keep getting redirected back to the login page after 5 seconds? I don't have enough time to change any settings. I have reset my modem but still having the same issue?

That indeed is not normal. Were you able to test it out using other browsers or even to other devices?

We performed tests on our end and it appears that the NBN Arris box is currently offline. Based on the result alone, we're not certain if the NBN box is simply turned off or if this is something we need to raise to NBNCo for a possible fault. Can you confirm the status of the lights on the NBN box?

It appears that your NTD box is back online and that your modem has already reconnected to the server. Do you still require assistance in accessing the modem's interface?
