Hi ,
I did return the home wireless broadband modem to TPG late by 4 days(28th Jan ) and they created invoice against my account on the last day (24th Jan ) by which I need to return the modem actually. As the modem is returned back , do they cancel this invoice/non return fee against my account inspite of being delivered late ?

In order for us to check if the modem that you returned has been received, kindly PM the consignment number and courier that you used to deliver the modem back to us and include your old TPG account number.

I'd like to inform you that the non return fee invoice has been reversed as we already received the home wireless modem. Let me know if you require further help.
