Hi

I have NBN connected through TPG. Currently using the supplied router. Trying to install a new router to provide improved range. Have a Netgear AC750 D6000 - have tried to connect using the supplied steps however unable to connect. Has anyone else experienced this problem

I am having the exact same issue with this router. Called the support desk and no dice. The technitian kept telling me the VLAN setting needed to be 2, however there is no-where to change the VLAN setting in the Netgear GUI portal.

 

Were you able to resolve this somehow?

Update: I ended up solving it in the Advanced Tab under Advanced Setup>VLAN/Bridge Settings.
