to request a new modem

Hi there, I have had my TP Link 5G modem for a few years, it seems to be dropping out a few times every hour and getting VERY hot. Looks like time for a new one. How do I request this?

Hi @mase71 ,

 

Let us help identify if the dropouts is caused by the modem or the network. Could you post a picture of the lights that you have on the mode? Also send me a PM with your details.
