After a week of spending countless hours waiting for support via chat and on the phone... i still have not had my new house connected.
I have been waiting for an NBN case manager from TPG to call now for a week and nothing. The web chat is beyond useless and just seem to close the chat rather than transferring me to the case manager as they state.
This level of support is beyond frustrating, especially at a time when it is most needed by me and countless others i am sure. Can someone from TPG please investigate my case and resolve it?
