$20 prepay still taken even although TPG agent told me that it wouldn't be

Hi, I have just joined TPG but when setting up the contract with the TPG agent on the phone i raised the question about the $20 prepay for home phone calls. I clearly explained that i would not be using a home phone as i am a renter and will only be at the property for 17 months. I was told to not worry about this charge as it won't apply but i see that the charge has been applied. I have now also learned that this payment will not be refunded if not used, another detail that wasn't offered during the discussion.  This deception is immoral to gain additional cash from customers who had clearly advised that a phone line wasn't required or will ever be used. To top it off i read that TPG don't do a cooling off period so you have my cash and i am tied in to a deal that will cost $100s of dollars to terminate.

I would respectively request that TPG show some integrity and contact me to return the $20 as your agent stated that it wouldn't apply. Thank you

.
