I sent email to you last Friday. I hope you have read it and kindly can provide me an answer.
On your website this is what you said."We understand that connectivity is of vital importance to most people, especially during this uncertain period caused by the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19)."
But since 9th of March my nbn internet just suddenly disconnected without telling me. No matter how many emails sent and on line chats I did. Just no solution. ( in fact my nbn only connected on 19th of Feb 2020?
I didn't have internet access for one month. Do you know how much loss did happen to you during this very stressful time? And you still charging me another month fee without providing an internet service.
In your emails you told me to pay the termination fee?
You disconnected my internet without telling me. Why do you blame me for termination?
