Awaiting activation - NBN HFC already installed

Hi,

I've moved from another ISP to TPG and our previous ISP disconnected us. We are waiting for the TPG service to come online but it appears to be taking a while. All the NBN infrastructure is in place and was working with out previous ISP. Can TPG provide an estimate or look into this further?

Turns out my order was entered as a transfer rather than new install (since my previous service provider had disconnected me).
