I recently moved houses and requested a transfer of my TPG Internet service.
I missed a call last weekend from TPG and have been trying to call back / chat back via online platforms. However, I haven't been able to reach anyone who can give me a definite answer as to what the status of installation is.
Can anyone assist in this matter? I have been working from home using my mobile hotspot for almost 2 weeks now.
