I phoned TPG Customer Service team a thousand times, but there is no one to answer it. The existing owner of the NBN has gone back to her home country and is unable to make international phone calls to talk to TPG or mange the account. I’m the current user and payer of the NBN service, and I’m wondering if there is any way that this account can be transferred to my name so that I can manage it properly. Thanks!
