Changing IP to static

Hi there, 


We have been trying to have tech support help us change our IP to static and the team could not locate our account details, We gave everything we had and they couldnt find us and went through 3 people and nothing and replies were taking up to 15min so we spent hours, can i please have someone help us with this issue as we cannot log in remotely for work due to the IP addresses being too similar
