Changing from Telstra to TPG

We have changed from Telstra to TPG three weeks ago and Telstra has not been advised and the phone number has not been ported across. Currently Telstra is still charging me. Is this normal or don’t you advise another telco when changing providers?

Hi @Tacen222, the porting process normally takes 1-5 working days from the date the service was activated. We'd like to take a look at your account and help with your concern.
