I need an urgent reply from TPG regards to NBN modem router pick up from your office before NBN installation on Friday 20/3. I've tried to call and spoek to call centre so many times, but no one was bother to give me any updates.

If your TPG office is closed down, can you arrrange alternative delviery/pick up options ASAP and followed up with text/phone call?
