Connections - only blue cable from wall

Hi, we don’t have a black box, only a blue cable coming from a wall port marked NBN. Can’t seem to get wifi. Do we need the black box as well?

Assuming NBN has not been installed yet...


One way to verify this is to place an order for NBN, once this is done TPG should pass on your address information and NBN will check it for servicebility.


TPG should then inform you if you can get the service or not. To also save you some time you may need to ask you landlord if NBN was previously installed on the address, this should give you a better picture of your NBN servicebility.
