Hi,

I am a current TPG ADSL customer and have ordered the HFC NBN connection. We have received the modem for the NBN (Archer VR1600v). Do I need to enter a username and password into the modem so it will be able to connect?
If so, will the username and password the same as my current TPG web account login?

Hi @CouchSloth,

Welcome to TPG Community!

We thank you for choosing TPG NBN.

Your TPG username and password is what you use in logging in to TPG My Account. However, there's no need for you to enter these details into the modem settings cause it's already pre-configured and all you need to do is to plug it in once the service is installed.

We can see that your installation date has been confirmed and the schedule was sent to your email address.
