Hi, I was called by TPG who said as you already have an nbn service you need to cancel it before we...tpg can set yours up.
This is most unusual in that churning from adsl never required this and going from optus to abb then to iinet did not require it.
In fact I read somewhere you do not cancel before you recontract your service?
